All orders are automatically confirmed via e-mail. If you would like to place an order and request a delay in payment, please contact us upfront. Orders placed without completing payment may be cancelled by the system within or after 24 hours, depending on the selected payment method. Should this occur, but you wish to keep your order, please let us know. Bead Sensation reserves the right to cancel any order without notice.
Orders are shipped twice a week. Not all products are held in stock, so should items need to be ordered for you, then delivery times may be slightly extended. If necessary, we will be in touch regarding this.
In case you are paying with PayPal, items will be shipped to your PayPal address, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. You will receive a shipping notification when your order has been shipped. On occasion, such emails might end up in a spam folder somewhere, so please make sure to check these locations.
Might your shipping destination not show UPS courier rates, please inquire to obtain the current rate from us.
Bead Sensation offers various shipping options, depending on the destination or your country of residence:
- Standard Priority (at your own risk and NOT trackable)
- Registered Mail (with a tracking number and trackable to certain countries)
- Parcel Mail (for packages with larger dimensions/weight), that do not fit into the postbox
- UPS courier service (safe and fast door-to-door delivery)
- Brievenbuspakketje (a Netherlands only option) with tracking number
We pride ourselves in exceptional service and outstanding quality. All our items are carefully inspected prior to publishing on our website. Should there however be any production defects/damages present on the item, this will be clearly stated in the item description and pricing will be adjusted accordingly. In addition, we have an Occasions section of the site, in which pre-loved or second hand items are sometimes available at lower prices. Items in the Occasions section are not eligible for exchanges for refunds.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, iDeal and Sofort Internet banking - as well as direct bank transfers. American Express is accepted though PayPal payment services only. Payments are done only using the secured and encrypted web pages of our payment provider partners. Bead Sensation will not ask for credit card details. Purchases done using Visa and Mastercard (not via PayPal) will be be described on your credit card statement as "Bead Sensation".
For the sake of convenience, the prices of the products can be displayed in various currencies. Please note that this is purely indicative and the the actual payment will take place in EURO.
Customs and import duties
Customers outside of the European Union should be aware that import duties may be applicable and these payable by the buyer. Bead Sensation will not be held liable for any costs incurred in this regard. Feel free to ask us for advice and guidance.
Customer Service, returns and refunds
We are certain that you will be pleased with your purchases from us, however, should you for any reason be dissatisfied, we will gladly exchange your item within 14 days of receipt, or offer you a coupon to the value of the applicable product(s) returned, to be redeemed with a future order. Refunds are not offered. Items on sale (including items in the 'Occasions' section of the website, or custom made/made to order items are excluded from the exchange/return policy. Please make sure you always contact us prior to shipping any items back. We will contact you on receipt of your returned items. Items will only be exchanged if they are received in the same state they were shipped. Return shipping fees are for the buyer unless Bead Sensation is at fault.
Should your package take longer to be delivered than expected, please be patient. It is only possible to start an investigation in The Netherlands with the postal services, once 6 weeks have passed. This is the rule of PostNL. We realise that waiting is never pleasant, but please understand that as soon as parcels have been handed over to carriers, it is out of Bead Sensation's control and we are reliant on all information from carriers and third parties. Refunds are not issued for delays in transit times. If items definitely are lost/stolen, then replacements will be sent and only if items are no longer available, will refunds be given.
